Welcome to SynthArt.it. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of AI-based digital artwork and custom Bespoke WallArt wallpapers, hereinafter referred to as “Products,” through our website. By using our site and purchasing our products, you expressly agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

3. Definition of Products
SynthArt specializes in creating and selling AI-based digital artwork, produced as unique pieces. Each piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and is made using high-quality materials through certified printing processes. SynthArt also offers bespoke wallpapers (Bespoke WallArt) designed as unique pieces, adaptable to any space and customizable according to the customer’s requirements. 4. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Accessing and purchasing products on SynthArt.it implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, including any related annexes or policies (such as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy). During the purchase process, the customer must explicitly confirm that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions by selecting the appropriate checkbox.
5. Registration and Use of the Site
To make a purchase, the customer must be of legal age and provide truthful and complete information during registration. The customer is responsible for the security of their login credentials and must immediately report any unauthorized use of their account. SynthArt is not responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Purchase Procedure
Product Selection: The customer can select the desired products and add them to the cart.
Access or Purchase via Registration or as a Guest:
Registration: The customer has the option to create an account by providing the required information. Registration grants access to additional features, such as viewing order history and managing personal data.
Guest Purchase: Alternatively, the customer can proceed with the purchase without registering, providing only the necessary required information and making the payment.
Order Confirmation: Before completing the order, the details of the selected products, the total price (including any shipping costs), will be displayed. After confirming the order, the customer will receive a summary email with all purchase details.
Payment: The customer may choose from the available payment methods (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). SynthArt reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or violations of these terms. All transactions are secure, and payment data is processed in accordance with current data protection regulations.
7. Prices and Payments
Prices: All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs will be indicated separately during checkout. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Customs Duties: For sales to non-EU countries, products may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the customer’s country. These fees are borne by the recipient, meaning the customer, who must pay them upon delivery or as required by local customs authorities. The customer is responsible for being informed about their country’s customs regulations.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. Cash on delivery payments are not accepted. SynthArt reserves the right to modify or update the accepted payment methods.
Billing: The customer will receive an electronic invoice for each order by entering their Tax Code and/or VAT number during the purchase or registration process. For billing assistance, contact customer service at info@synthart.it. To receive an invoice in the customer’s name, correct tax data must be provided at the time of purchase.
8. Delivery Terms
SynthArt ships within Italy and internationally. Delivery times are approximately 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation. The customer will be notified via email when the order is shipped. Any delays due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes) are not attributable to SynthArt. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to refunds, except as required by law.
9. Return and Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of product delivery, excluding customized or made-to-order products (such as bespoke wallpapers).
Return Process: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to info@synthart.it indicating the order number and product details. Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
Refund: The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, minus any shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made using the same payment method selected by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Warranty and Certificate of Authenticity
Each SynthArt piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity certifying the uniqueness of the artwork, which will be delivered along with the piece. Products are guaranteed for the quality of materials and production processes. The product’s technical sheet is published on the website synthart.it and will be made available in the customer’s personal area upon purchase. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product. Additionally, the legal warranty of conformity under the Consumer Code applies, valid for 24 months from the product’s delivery.
11. Limitation of Liability
SynthArt is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products. It is also not responsible for delays due to force majeure, such as transportation disruptions or supply difficulties. SynthArt is not responsible for minor differences between the product image on the website and the actual product, which may be due to monitor settings or other technical causes.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on SynthArt.it, including artwork, images, text, and design, is protected by intellectual property rights. Use, copying, or distribution without written authorization from SynthArt is prohibited. Unauthorized use of site content may result in legal action.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SynthArt reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the site. By continuing to use the site, the customer accepts these changes.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the jurisdiction is the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, as provided by the Consumer Code.
